All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customer Acknowledgement
You acknowledge agreement with these Terms & Conditions of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from shootingshack In addition, by placing an order on this website you are confirming that you are eighteen years of age or older, you are the same person as named on the credit card used to make the purchase or that you have authorisation from the credit card owner to use such credit card, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions of Sale and all contracts for the supply of goods and services by shootingshack shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the customer submits to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All sales shall be deemed made in the UK, regardless of your location as a customer.
3. Purchase Price and Pricing Policy
Prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% but exclusive of shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.While shootingshack uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this website, shootingshack makes no representations or warranties as to its accuracy. shootingshack assumes no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in the content on this site. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, shootingshack shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. shootingshack shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your order has been cancelled, we will notify you by phone or e-mail within 48 business hours. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,shootingshack shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product offered by shootingshack is not as described your sole remedy is to return it to shootingshack for a refund.
4. Shipping and Handling Charges
Please refer to the "shipping charges" link during the checkout process for shipping and handling charges. Please note that these products are available for shipment in the UK only.
5. Payment Terms
shootingshack accepts Switch, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard, as the payment options for your purchase.
You can also pay by cheque, But it will add 7 working days to the delivery time or until the cheque has cleared.
6. Promotions
All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. shootingshack reserves the right to change, alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
7. Product Substitutions
shootingshack reserves the right to substitute comparable products of equal or greater value to your original order for out of stock items. In the event we do not have sufficient inventory to ship your order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. At that time we will provide you with the opportunity to accept the comparable product or cancel the order. Product packaging displayed on the website may not match the product packaging that is shipped to you.
8. Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
The length of the warranty period varies on shootingshack products. All shootingshack products are subject to the terms of the warranty that is expressly stated on, packaged with, or accompanies the product. shootingshack will replace any product within the warranty period that is defective in manufacture; labelling or packaging provided it is returned to shootingshack. Please call 00 44 (01204) 366 236, Monday - Friday(9:30am - 4:30pm), for assistance with product repair or replacement. There are no implied warranties. The warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. NEITHER SHOOTINGSHACK NOR ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COVER, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND EVEN IF SHOOTINGSHACK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT IN JURISDICTIONS NOT ALLOWING SUCH EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITIATIONS.
9. Web/Phone Orders
Delivery Schedule Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, customres can expect to receive the orders within 7-10 working days in UK mainland.
Although most arrive next day but we can not guarantee this so we like to quote 7/10 working days.
However if an ordered item is out of stock the customer will be notified of possible delay.
International orders, take longer to deliver and vary considerably for each country,
Air rifle deliveries in Uk, ....please note that as from 1st October 2007 air guns can not be sent by post, in UK only....
Option for puchasing an air gun would be as follows..
1/ .....buy in in person in our shop.
2/......have it sent to a gun dealer near customer for collection.
3/.....We can deliver to a limited area using one of our own agents, but there is a delay and it could take longer to deliver than normal.
There are no restrictions on international deliveries of air guns.

Order Acknowledgement
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. Order acknowledgement provides:
* Order confirmation number
* Customer shipping, billing information
* Products ordered
* Total cost of order
11. Deliveries
While shootingshack will endeavour to meet quoted delivery times, any period for delivery is estimated and is not a contractual commitment and shootingshack shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the delay.
12. Returns
Returns of products are subject to shootingshack current return policies, which are set forth below and on the order confirmation e-mail.
13. Technical Advice
Whilst shootingshack takes care to ensure that technical advice given by its employees and agents is accurate and responsible, shootingshack shall not be liable for any loss or damage or injury, consequential or other wise, resulting from the acceptance of such advice.
14. Alterations and Amendments
Shootingshack reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions generally at any time and for any particular class of goods, services or customer.
15. General
(a) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. (b) shootingshack shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure and embargo.

Return Policy
At Shootingshack, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. in the event that you wish to return any items back to Shootingshack please contact Shootinghshack for authorisation first either by email or phone after authorisation by shootingshack, you must return the item and packaging in original undamaged condition at your cost to shootingshack within 7 days for full refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery as proof of postage.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Upon receipt of the returned product to Shootingshack, a refund will be credited to your account or the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Shootingshack. If a refund is issued it will be for the original purchase price, less the shipping /handling and 10% restocking charges.
